About SepPure Technologies

SepPure Technologies is a CleanTech company developing and manufacturing chemical‑resistant hollow fibre nanofiltration membranes that significantly reduce energy consumption, emissions, and solvent waste in industrial separations. Our membrane technology replaces or hybridises energy‑intensive processes such as distillation and evaporation across industries including edible oils, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, solvents, and semiconductors. We are scaling from to industrial‑scale production and are looking for engineers who enjoy hands‑on manufacturing, process ownership, and solving real production problems.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Technician (Nanofiltration Modules) to support module assembly, machining, testing, and production operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role supports the assembly, machining, testing, and maintenance of nanofiltration membrane modules. The technician will follow established SOPs, maintain accurate production records, uphold safety and quality standards, and support smooth day‑to‑day manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform module assembly operations.
  • Operate basic machining and workshop equipment (e.g. drilling, cutting, lathe, fixtures, hand and power tools) required for module fabrication and finishing
  • Conduct in‑process checks and final inspections to ensure modules meet internal quality and workmanship standards
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures strictly during all production activities
  • Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, work logs, inspection checklists, and traceability documentation
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance on production tools and fixtures
  • Support housekeeping, 5S, and workplace organisation within the production area
  • Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements, including safe handling of chemicals, solvents, tools, and equipment
  • Assist engineers and supervisors in troubleshooting, rework, and continuous improvement activities
  • Support inventory tracking of consumables, tools, and spare parts related to module production
Requirements
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent technical qualification (mechanical, manufacturing, chemical, or related field preferred)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or industrial production environments
  • Hands‑on familiarity with tools, fixtures, and basic workshop equipment
  • Ability to follow SOPs precisely and maintain accurate written and digital records
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Safety‑conscious mindset with willingness to comply with HSE procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
  • Willingness to support shift or overtime work when required by production schedules
