📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork

• Manage and oversee daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling

• Participate actively in the entire production process from raw material preparation to the completion of finished products

• Perform cleaning and basic troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure smooth operations

• Oversee the full manufacturing process, including purchase requests, material withdrawal and issuance, and handover of finished goods to the warehouse

• Create, maintain, and update records in the SAP system

• Maintain and update ISO documentation, records, and related compliance materials

• Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards

• Coordinate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule

• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management

✅ Requirements

• Min. ITE in Engineering, preferably Chemistry background

• Min.3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
