Production Supervisor

• Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals.
• Directs daily activities in the Material Supermart/Store to support production goals.
• Confers & coordinates production activities with management, Operation, marketing & others department staff to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products.
• Reviews and establishes materials, equipment and manpower resource requirements.
• Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
• Coordinates production equipment with engineering support team to maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring both preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
• Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
• Generates productivity reports, inventory control and other operations metrics as necessary
• Track & generate production related reports, including non-conformances reports.
• Reviews and corrects, within limits of authority, quality records including Device History Records.
• Take charge of production Cycle count control & Physical Inventory activity
• Assist in others ad-hoc duties as necessary.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs
• Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

Requirements
