Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore is looking for a machine operator to manage and process customer work pieces according to specifications. The role requires a diploma, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and a detail-oriented mindset. The salary package includes up to $3,100 in basic salary plus allowances. Candidates should be proactive and capable of working independently while being team players. Training on the company’s machines will be provided.

Job Description

• Responsible for operating machines to process customer work pieces according to customer requirements.
• Confirm machine configuration prior to running production.
• Conduct incoming and outgoing checks on customer work pieces.
• Collect measurement data to confirm processed work pieces are conforming to customer specifications.
• Pack customer work pieces accordingly.
• Follow operating procedures and workflow.
• Able to suggest improvements to work flow and/or ideas for cost reduction.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Min 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
• Detailed, careful and meticulous.
• Pro‑active with a positive mindset.
• Able to work independently on individual tasks, while still a team player.
• Experience with the company's machines will be an advantage. Machine training will be provided.
