Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production

Position Title: Production Planner

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Up to $2500 + $100 Transport Allowances

Duration: Contract Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule production based on sales orders and demand forecasts.
  • Allocate and optimize production plans according to available capacity and materials.
  • Coordinate material planning and purchasing activities to support production requirements.
  • Prepare reports on production schedules and raw material availability.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in material or production planning, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
