Job summary

A food production manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator. The role involves assisting in rice cooking, maintaining food safety standards, and operating machinery. Candidates should have a valid Singapore Driving License class 3, as driving may be required. Working hours are 5 days a week, with rotational shifts including weekends. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Singapore Driving License class 3.
• Experience in food production or cooking is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rice cooking and other item preparation.
• Maintain safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Operate machinery to cook rice and inari.
• Sort and pack products as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas.

Job description

Rice Frontier is a manufacturer of food production in Singapore. Require Production Operator with Valid Singapore Driving License class 3.

Job Scope

• Assist in rice cooking and Other item preparation as per recipe
• Serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary and food handling practices
• Assist in weight , measure and mix ingredients as per recipe
• Assist in operating machinery, regulate temperature of machine to cook rice and inari
• Substitute for or assist other cook during rush and emergencies periods
• Assist in sorting and packing of the product
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Ensure that health and safety standards with all food and equipment are upheld in the kitchen
• Assist in delivery to the customer, Driving License is an added advantage

Working 5 days a week, rotational shift including saturdays and sundays.
