About the role

Mauser Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in the Tuas Bay West Region.

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and reliable production of our high-quality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you’ll be doing

1. Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure consistent output and product quality
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to maximise uptime and efficiency
3. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
4. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
6. Assist with other duties as required to support the overall manufacturing operations

What we’re looking for

1. Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
2. Technical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment and machinery
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
