Job Description

We are looking for a Production Operator to join a leading skin care and cosmetics manufacturing team located in Ang Mo Kio (North). This permanent position offers a 5.5‑day work week, with hours from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. The salary package includes a basic salary of SGD 1,400, along with allowances, AWS, a variable bonus, and medical & dental benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and arrange raw materials and packaging items in accordance with the daily production schedule.
• Carry out various production tasks, including filling, capping, labeling, scooping, and packing finished products into cartons.
• Perform weight and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Load and unload goods onto pallets, ensuring proper labeling of cartons.
• Maintain cleanliness of production equipment, clean rooms, and surrounding areas, including mopping floors and disposing of waste.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with documentation and ensure smooth workflow within the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily output targets and offer support where needed.
• Adhere to all company and departmental safety protocols and regulations.
• Report any equipment damage, suggest improvements, or highlight material needs to the supervisor.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or management.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of O Level qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related production role.
• A background in chemistry would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment.
• Capable of lifting items up to 30 kg.
