Job description

Job Description:

• Carry out the operation of process plant and production related equipment safely and efficiently, under the direction of CCR Operator and Production Supervisor. Act as a Leader to all Production Operation team using the senior experience and knowledge for a world class operation.
• Start up, operate and shut down process and process-related plant, gas injection, water treatment and gas systems etc. as required or under the direction of the CCR Operator and Production Supervisor. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of process plant, systems and associated equipment during the shift, and to ensure proper handovers during shift change.
• Operate : The FCS system; Well control equipment and panel; Process and process-related valvingMonitor the correct functioning of plant equipment and instrumentation. Optimize production and chemicals as instructed.
• Monitor the correct functioning of plant equipment under direction of the Production Superintendent. Make adjustments to production streams and well streams.
• Assist as required: Contractor personnel; Maintenance Department.
• Carry out work in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance. Expected to be familiar with MODEC HSE Policies, understand emergency response duties, and ensure that the FPSO Waste Management Plan is being followed.
• Ensure that the PTW system is adhered to and be the performing authority once the the area authority if required.
• Knowledge of C&E (cause & effects diagram).
• Be responsible for field readings as instructed.
• Be responsible to keep the topsides cleaned, organized and safely.
• Assist to training the new operators.
• Be familiar with safety and operation standards and client procedures.
• Follow the HMI (Booster Gas Compressor, HP compressors, MEG regeneration) on the e-house.
• Perform the work orders as required.
• Provide faithful information to client (if requested) and Modec managers with Production Supervisor awareness.
• Participate in commissioning / decommissioning as required.
• Ensure that Modec Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities.
