Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules are met and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for production non-conformities.
• Handle product acceptance with customers.
• Develop and maintain documentation including risk assessment, production records and forms.
• Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills

Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Basic proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks

Education

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering

• 1 year contract (renewable/convertible)
• Working Location: Rifle Range (nearest MRT - King Albert Park)
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (7.30am - 5.15pm) + Cover shift if required
• Salary range: $3500 + Completion Bonus
