A leading FinTech company in Singapore is seeking an individual for a product support role. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 3 years of experience in product support, operations, or data analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analysis skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing is also desirable. Willingness to travel and work on weekends is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
6 months–3 years’ experience in product support, operations, data analysis, digital marketing, or junior product roles—ideally within FinTech.
Hands‑on experience in content creation, social media scheduling, and SEO.
Ability to work closely with senior product engineers/managers and support ad hoc tasks.
Willingness to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required.
Strong data analysis skills and basic understanding of digital product development and agile processes.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
FinTech/financial services experience is an added advantage.
