Job Responsibilities
  • Review and approve validation protocols and revision changes for product and process modifications.
  • Outstanding documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in product quality engineering.
  • Ability to determine root causes and successfully implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials and products.
  • Issue and manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for units requiring Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with engineering team to resolve issues.
  • Participate in internal/external audits.
  • Strong supervisory skills and the ability to train and guide technicians.
  • Act as supplier quality engineer for inter-company purchased raw materials and support plant-wide activities and special projects.
