The Right Profile

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping us to achieve this mission. Your role will be to ensure that investors not only understand that our products exist, but also how they can use them to grow their personal wealth. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Product Marketing, this will be a hand-on role that will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and the Syfe investor community.

This is a hands-on marketing role that is most suitable for someone who is already experienced in product marketing and looking for a pathway to grow as a future leader in a growing business. Your forte will be your ability to take seemingly complex financial ideas, and turn them into clear, engaging, and actionable content for investors. You don’t need to be an investment strategist, but your superpower is having a crystallised understanding of the goals of an everyday investor and how our products matter to them.

You will lead go-to-market planning for new products and features, while also managing product content across our website.Your work will support both acquisition and engagement, creating campaigns and creative assets that help convert interest into action.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End GTM Ownership: Lead the strategy, launch objectives, and execution plans for new products to drive immediate adoption and long-term growth.
  • Strategic Positioning: Translate technical product features into compelling, jargon-free messaging that resonates with investors and differentiates the brand.
  • Customer & Market Intelligence: Synthesise insights from user feedback and competitive analysis to act as the "voice of the customer" and influence the product roadmap.
  • Growth-Focused Campaigns: Partner with performance teams to develop acquisition campaigns that connect product value to user benefits while hitting ROAS targets.
  • Product & Creative Partnership: Collaborate with product teams from the PRD stage to ensure every launch is supported by strong creative hooks and educational content.
  • Lifecycle Communications: Manage the product marketing calendar to ensure all client communications are strategic, prioritized, and high-impact.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Provide sales, advisory, and support teams with the tools and materials necessary to maintain consistent messaging and drive conversions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, or similar experience from within a tech company.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create content that simplifies product complex ideas.
  • Proven in launching new products to customers in a tech company.
  • Experience leading product marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable working across CRM, web, and social, for product feature and campaign releases.
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and able to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and acquisition teams.
