Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of low-code platform products, with emphasis on Pega product development and related solutions.
• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Apply modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, Product-Centric Development) to accelerate delivery and improve user experience.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle including ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership in strategic decision-making, ensuring product investments are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and sprint reviews to engage stakeholders and validate product direction.
• Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and customer feedback to inform enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in product and project management.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards across product delivery.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Low Code Platforms and Pega product development
• Experience with modern product development practices including Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking and Product-Centric Development. Professional product management and project management certification advantageous
