We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products for a Singapore Government agency in the heritage and cultural sector.

You will work closely with heritage institutions, researchers, and cross‑functional technology teams to build products that enhance heritage discovery, research, and public engagement through AI and data analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI and data initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across museums, libraries, and research organisations to shape impactful solutions.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and service design workshops.
• Manage product backlogs, write clear requirements and user stories, and work closely with AI/ML, data, design, and engineering teams.
• Track product performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and ensure delivery aligns with public sector standards and governance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, data, or digital platforms.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, designers, and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, cloud platforms, and modern data/AI product practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government environments (e.g. IM8, GCC, CI/CD) is an advantage.
• Passion for using technology to create meaningful societal and cultural Impact.
