A leading manpower services company is seeking a proactive Procurement & Contracts Lead in Singapore. This role involves driving ICT project success through effective contract procurement and compliance with government guidelines. Responsibilities include planning procurement for ICT projects, managing contracts, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ICT procurement and excellent analytical and communication skills. This is a 12-month contract position requiring 42 hours per week.

Looking for a proactive Procurement & Contracts Lead to drive ICT project success. You will lead the end-to-end procurement of contracts, ensuring compliance with government and internal guidelines, while advising project teams on specifications and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement for ICT development projects, including Cloud, SaaS, and Agile initiatives.
• Draft, review, and manage tenders, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support audits.
• Monitor project timelines, report to management, and ensure QMS compliance.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve targets efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong ICT procurement and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of software/product development cycles and IT business analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Duration / Working Hours

12 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
