Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Loyang is seeking a Buyer/Purchasing professional to manage PRs/POs, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries. You will maintain stock records and support the Sales and Purchasing teams in daily admin tasks.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm, with responsibilities including coordinating overseas shipments and keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases when needed.
• Update purchasing records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate overseas shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the Sales and Purchasing departments with administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
