Based at Aljunied, you will source, negotiate and purchase materials to support projects and sales, while aligning with production for material planning and timely delivery. You will develop supplier relationships, monitor pricing and quality, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material support.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors to support projects and sales.
• Assist with daily procurement operations, documentation and system updates.
• Work closely with the Production team to support material planning and requirements.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier quality, pricing and on-time delivery.
• Ensure continuous supply of required materials and highlight potential supply issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth material support.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing and company requirements.
