Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure compliance with government guidelines. You will prepare RFQs, AORs and evaluation reports, providing status updates to stakeholders and management.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous documentation, and the ability to work independently under pressure while coordinating with cross-functional teams and government frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation and minute taking.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow through to closure.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
• Familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements).
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as RFQs, AOR and evaluation reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management.
