Qualifications

• Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minutes.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as RFQs, AOR and evaluation reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to stakeholders and management.
• Any other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO).
