Qualifications

• Experience managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project including planning, sourcing and evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation and minute taking.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong ability to follow through to closure.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Government procurement framework and guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as RFQs and AOR and evaluation reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to stakeholders and management.
• Any other procurement-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
