Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a contract Procurement professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with Government policies, IM8 and GeBIZ. You will prepare RFQs, AORs and evaluation reports while tracking progress and coordinating with stakeholders for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing the full procurement lifecycle from planning to award.
• Familiarity with Government procurement policies, processes, and GeBIZ (IM8) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good documentation and minute-taking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through on tasks to completion.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.
• Track procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Support other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
