Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a procurement professional to join the procurement operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on construction, building infrastructure, facilities management, and sustainability procurement to uphold governance and ensure best value across NEA purchases.

You will handle end-to-end tendering processes, administer GeBIZ activities, and support audits with data-driven procurement insights while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of government procurement experience and familiarity with the IM on Procurement, GeBIZ system and GMC.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to manage end-to-end tendering processes from preparation to award.
• Administer GeBIZ-related tender processes in accordance with guidelines.
• Manage GeBIZ Management Console as GeBIZ Administrator and support staff in GeBIZ issues.
• Coordinate with business units to monitor pre- and post-award tender activities and manage contract expiry timelines.
• Perform data extraction to support audits and provide procurement insights.
• Manage procurement documents per knowledge management policies.
• Collate, compile, and submit procurement reports as required.
