Qualifications

• 1–2 years in government procurement.
• Familiar with IM on Procurement.
• Experience with GeBIZ system and GMC.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for end-to-end tendering from prep to award.
• Administer GeBIZ tender processes per guidelines.
• Act as GeBIZ Administrator and assist staff with GeBIZ issues.
• Monitor pre- and post-award activities and manage contract expiry timelines.
• Perform data extraction to support audits and provide insights.
• Manage procurement docs per KM policies.
• Collate and submit procurement reports as required.
