Job summary

The National Environment Agency (NEA) is seeking a procurement professional to drive policy reviews, digital transformation, and systems enhancements within PASD in Singapore. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver efficient procurement solutions and ensure governance across the procurement lifecycle.

The role requires 4–6 years of government procurement experience, familiarity with GeBIZ and GMC, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of government procurement experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in procurement systems, digitalisation and process improvement
• Familiarity with the Instruction Manual on Procurement, GeBIZ and GMC is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and develop digital procurement solutions
• Administer and enhance existing procurement systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to adopt new systems
• Conduct policy, process and system reviews for governance and efficiency
• Provide procurement advice across all stages of the procurement cycle
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to build procurement competencies
