Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned cases with guidance.
• Publish quotations or tenders and handle vendor clarifications.
• Prepare evaluation, approvals, awards and contract documents.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Clarify requirements and timelines with business units.
• Explain standard procurement procedures and escalate risks to Head, Procurement.
• Check submissions for completeness and compliance; maintain audit trail.
• Assist with procurement reports, dashboards and spend analysis.
• Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency and protect data security.
