Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to support sourcing, PO issuance, delivery monitoring and collaboration with internal teams.

The role focuses on supplier quotes, expediting deliveries, resolving quality issues, and handling replacements or returns. The candidate should have a Diploma in SCM and 2-3 years of purchasing experience, with SAP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with SAP procurement modules or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Manager in executing daily purchasing activities to maintain smooth procurement operations
• Source and evaluate competitive quotes from suppliers to optimize cost and quality
• Issue Purchase Orders or Contracts accurately to formalize procurement agreements
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely receipt and minimize delays
• Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal departments to resolve purchasing issues efficiently
• Manage and resolve quality complaints on incoming materials by liaising with suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers on replacements or returns until issues are fully resolved
• Execute ad-hoc procurement tasks to support overall procurement functions as needed
