Job summary

SYSENG (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery coordination.

You will negotiate with suppliers, build relationships with internal teams, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, POs, and delivery coordination.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Source alternative suppliers and products to improve cost and continuity.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approvals.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth purchasing.
• Support procurement reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and favourable commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Source alternative suppliers and products to improve cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery.
• Support procurement reporting and other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and commercial terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, responsible, and commercially driven approach to work.
