Job summary

TQC PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier evaluation, and purchasing activities.

You will develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery, while collaborating with production, operations, and engineering teams to meet material needs. The role requires 5–7 years in purchasing/procurement within Precision Engineering or Manufacturing, proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
• 5–7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, in Precision Engineering / Manufacturing is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and order follow-up.
• Source and develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, and greater procurement efficiency.
• Work closely with production, operations, engineering, and other internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, price lists, procurement reports, and related documentation.
• Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and supply trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures, policies, and applicable industry requirements.
