Overview

We are a fast-growing logistics company powering e-commerce with end-to-end supply chain solutions— from warehousing and sorting to packing and delivery. Our operations span two major warehouses in Singapore (100,000+ sq ft, 5,000 orders daily) and an expanding network across Asia, Europe, and the US, including upcoming sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, the UK, Germany, and the US. With a focus on cross-border warehousing, automation, and service innovation, we support diverse clients and fast-changing markets while building a truly global logistics platform.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day procurement of FMCG products and store materials, ensuring timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Source, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations; conduct basic negotiations to optimize purchasing outcomes.

  • Execute and monitor purchase orders, track delivery schedules, verify goods received, and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.

  • Maintain and update supplier database; assist in supplier evaluation and relationship management.

  • Prepare procurement reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to provide visibility and data accuracy for management review.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to support store needs and resolve procurement-related issues.

  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager to support departmental goals.


Requirements


  • Diploma or above, with 1–3 years of procurement experience in FMCG or retail store environments.

  • Solid understanding of basic procurement processes; able to manage supplier communications and perform price benchmarking.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized with strong time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; ERP system experience will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
