Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies & consumables
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, POs & delivery schedules
• Verify and receive stock (accuracy, quality, expiry)
• Maintain procurement documentation (invoices, requisitions, supplier records)
• Monitor stock levels, track usage trends & support forecasting
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory standards & audits
• Conduct periodic stock counts & reconcile discrepancies
• Provide admin support (filing, data entry, reports)
• Work closely with pharmacy team to align procurement with patient safety & operational needs

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or above (or equivalent)
• Prior procurement experience in medication will be advantage
