Job Summary

As a Process Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement aligned with company and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with staff to select and apply the most effective process improvement techniques for project success
  • Identify and allocate resources to execute process improvement projects within timelines and budgets
  • Design and develop new processes that achieve high efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Prioritize and manage projects based on critical business and operational needs
  • Optimize existing processes to meet customer and internal quality requirements
  • Work with multi-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure alignment across departments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process-related documentation to support project execution and compliance
  • Recommend innovative ideas and techniques to ensure continuous project success and operational excellence
  • Evaluate current processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Perform process design, development, and implementation for capital projects in compliance with industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to meet daily operational demands effectively
  • Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to implement continuous and permanent improvements
  • Manage projects to ensure completion within allotted timelines and budgets
  • Know how with preparation and to conduct commissioning works for LNG truck loading station.
Required competencies and certifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Proven experience in oil & gas, specifically LNG liquefaction or regasification plants
  • Deep understanding of thermodynamics, separation processes, and refrigeration systems
  • Able to work on Jurong Island
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident to apply
