Job description

Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760; Work Day: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
• To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
• To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
• To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.
• To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
• To update EC masterlist & tracking
• To prepare and update Working Instruction.
• To provide trainings over W/I to production.
• To support on the NPI Process
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
