Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop devices, IMAC and deskside support, and hardware/software fixes at a Toh Guan Road location in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, imaging via PXE boot, and tools like SCCM, Intune, AD, and ServiceNow.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide VIP deskside and conference room support on-site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 10/11 OS.
• Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Experience with SCCM, Software Center, and manual software installation.
• Hands-on hardware experience with Dell break-fix and batteries.
• Experience using Intune, AD, and BitLocker.
• Experience with Outlook administration and Humanscale troubleshooting.
• Experience in service management in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop incidents from start to resolution.
• IMAC and deskside support services management.
• Provide hardware and software break-fix services for laptops/desktops.
• Offer conference room, remote desktop, and event support at the client site.
• Maintain desktop configuration, patch updates, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training and automation needs.
• Ensure correct desktop images are installed on devices.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on desktops.
