Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop incidents and provide IMAC and deskside support at the Toh Guan Road site. You will handle hardware and software configuration, patching, and on-site VIP support.

The role requires practical experience with Windows 10/11, imaging via PXE, SCCM, Intune, AD and BitLocker, plus familiarity with service management tools. 2–4 years in a similar environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Windows 10/11 OS.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Hands-on with SCCM and Software Center deployments.
• Hardware break-fix including Dell components.
• Experience with Intune, Active Directory and BitLocker.
• Outlook administration experience.
• Humanscale troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in engineering firms or large companies.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with ServiceNow for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
• IMAC and deskside support services.
• Hardware and software break-fix for laptops/desktops.
• Provide conference room, Remote Desktop, and event support on-site.
• Maintain desktop configurations, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk calls for training needs and automation.
• Ensure desktops have the correct desktop image installed.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktops; act on non-compliance.
• Provide VIP deskside support and be site contact for IT issues.
