Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an ICT Help Desk Specialist to manage desktop incidents and imaging, with strong SCCM, Intune and AD experience. This on-site role covers deskside support, conference room assistance, and VIP client care at a Singapore location.
Requirements include Windows 10/11, PXE imaging, Dell hardware fixes, Outlook administration, and ServiceNow expertise, with 2–4 years in engineering firms or large companies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 OS and imaging Windows 11 via PXE.
- Experience deploying software via SCCM and Software Center.
- Hands-on Dell hardware break-fix and battery replacement.
- Familiar with Intune, Active Directory and BitLocker.
- Outlook administration and collaboration tooling.
Responsibilities
- Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
- IMAC and deskside support services.
- Handle hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops/desktops.
- Provide conference room, remote desktop and event support at customer locations.
- Maintain desktop configuration, patch updates and hardware replacements.
- Analyze service desk calls to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
- Ensure desktops are installed with the correct desktop image.
- Monitor security profiles and antivirus across all desktop devices.
- Provide VIP deskside support and act as site IT contact when needed.
