Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join on-site at Toh Guan Road. The role requires strong hands-on Windows 10/11, PXE imaging of Windows 11, SCCM/Software Center deployments, and hardware break-fix experience with Dell devices.
You will provide desktop support, IMAC/deskside services, remote and conference-room support, and maintain secure, patched desktops while coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of desktop support experience.
- Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
- Familiar with SCCM/Software Center deployments.
- Hands-on hardware break-fix with Dell devices.
- Experience with Intune, AD, BitLocker and Outlook administration.
- Exposure to Humanscale troubleshooting and ITSM (ServiceNow).
Responsibilities
- Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents to resolution.
- Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
- Coordinate hard- and soft-break fix for laptops/desktops.
- Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at client site.
- Maintain desktop patching, imaging, and hardware replacements.
- Analyze service desk data to identify training or automation needs.
- Ensure each desktop has correct image and security profiles.
