Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Singapore to deliver hands-on desktop tech support across office and client sites. You will manage incidents, imaging, software installs, and conference room support to ensure minimal downtime and a seamless user experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, strong Windows 10/11 skills, and familiarity with SCCM, Intune, AD, BitLocker, and ServiceNow. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 OS and imaging Windows 11 via PXE.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot; SCCM and Software Center are familiar tools.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience and coordination with Dell technicians for break-fix.
• Experience with Intune, AD, and BitLocker; Outlook administration is a plus.
• Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow; ITIL familiarity is beneficial.
• Experience in engineering firms or large companies; 2–4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents from detection to resolution.
• Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
• Perform hard- and soft-break fix for laptops and desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at client sites.
• Maintain desktop configurations, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
• Ensure correct desktop images are installed on devices.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus software on desktops.
