Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a desktop support technician to manage desktop hardware, software and connectivity incidents on-site at Tai Seng or client locations.

You will perform IMAC and deskside support, image Windows 11 via PXE, install software with SCCM/Software Center, manage Intune, AD and BitLocker, and provide VIP deskside support at the site. 5 days, 8:30am–6pm, SGD 2,800–3,000 monthly.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
SCCM/Software Center deployment experience.
Hands-on hardware replacement and deskside support.
Experience with Intune, AD and BitLocker administration.

Responsibilities

Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents to resolution.
Provide IMAC and deskside support and VIP site assistance.
Configure and maintain desktop images and patching.
Analyze service desk data to advise on training and automation.
Monitor security on desktops and respond to non‑compliance.
