Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to maintain desktop hardware, software, and connectivity at client sites. The role involves incident management and on-site support in Singapore, with practical experience in Windows 10/11, imaging via PXE, and leveraging SCCM/Intune.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handle IMAC and deskside services, and coordinate with Dell hardware teams. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to 3,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and imaging via PXE.
• Experience with SCCM/Software Center and manual software installs.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience with Dell devices.
• Familiar with Intune, AD and BitLocker.
• Experience in Outlook administration and user access management.
• Experience in large engineering firms or high-volume environments.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents through to resolution.
• Coordinate IMAC and deskside support services.
• Oversee hard- and soft-break fixes for laptops and desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at client sites.
• Install and patch desktop configurations; plan hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training needs and automation opportunities.
• Ensure correct desktop images are deployed on devices.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on desktops; respond to non-compliance.
• Provide VIP deskside support per contract and serve as on-site IT contact when needed.
