Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Singapore to manage and resolve desktop-related incidents, imaging, and IMAC/Deskside services at a client site. You will handle hardware troubleshooting, software deployments via SCCM, and ensure security with BitLocker and Intune.

You'll work with Dell hardware, provide VIP onsite support, and contribute to incident management and user training needs. A background in engineering firms or large organizations is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and PXE imaging.
• Proficient with SCCM/Software Center and manual software installs.
• Hands-on hardware repair including battery replacements with Dell hardware.
• Familiar with Intune, AD and BitLocker.
• Experience with Outlook administration.
• Experience with Humanscale troubleshooting.
• Experience in engineering firms or large companies.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services.
• Manage hardware and software break-fix for laptops/desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop and event support at client site.
• Maintain desktop images and patch updates on devices.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training or automation needs.
• Ensure proper desktop imaging on all devices.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus across desktop fleet.
• Provide VIP deskside support per contract and be the onsite IT contact.
