What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the overall analysis of OEX product teams, including modules such as buy/sell/convert, homepage, discover, trading, etc.
• With a strong business or product sense, develop a sustainable analysis system and produce analytical reports.
• Propose and design experiments to scientifically measure uplift and continuously optimize user experience.
• Monitor product performances, identify potential product issues and proactively connect with the right PIC on the solutions.
• Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboards, to improve efficiency of fetching and analyzing data.
• Work closely with different teams to drive product targets.
• Support teams across different time zones.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or any relevant fields.
• Experience in crypto trading is required.
• Minimally 8 years of experience in Data Analysis/Market Analysis/Industry Analysis/Business Analysis.
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL and other tools.
• Able to work independently on data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in blockchain industry and exchange is preferred.
• Experience in growth departments in internet companies is preferred.
• Proficiency in English as a working language, and Mandarin as the role will require liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
