Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior leader for HBM reliability within the High Bandwidth Memory Product Engineering Media Health team.

You will spearhead reliability test development for Micron’s latest HBM products, drive DPM reduction, and lead intrinsic reliability while collaborating with Fab, TD, GQ, and Quality/Reliability teams to improve yield, cost, and cycle time. You will mentor engineers, manage cross‑functional programs, and champion AI‑enabled reliability approaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing, or reliability experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability stress, test flows and plans covering all product reliability aspects.
• Define qualification plan, review progress, and drive qualification gating issue resolution.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows and strategies.
• Debug and identify root cause of failures using EFA and PFA with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields.
• Communicate risks with Product Managers/Leads and manage DPM-related risks.
• Promote innovation and coach engineers in AI adoption for reliability workflows.
• Develop project management skills within the team for timely delivery of solutions.
