Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Principal Engineer to lead HIG-HBM Product Engineering focused on media health reliability. The role drives reliability test development, qualification planning, and manufacturing test optimization for advanced HBM products, collaborating across Fab, TD, GQ and Quality teams.

You will mentor engineers, manage projects, evaluate risks, and champion AI-forward approaches to reliability and process improvements in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in the semiconductor industry with product, testing or reliability experience.
Knowledge of CMOS technology, DRAM architecture and device physics is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop reliability stress tests, flows and plans for product reliability coverage.
Define qualification plans and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
Drive extrinsic/intrinsic reliability improvements and cost-reduction in manufacturing tests.
Identify root causes in qual and RMA failures and implement fixes with teams.
Advise on process conversions to improve yield and cost efficiency.
