Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Staff/Principal Engineer to lead the Media Health Reliability team for High Bandwidth Memory products.

You will drive reliability test development, qualification management, and cross‑functional process improvements across the fab and R&D ecosystem. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, root-cause analysis, data analytics, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive solutions.
• Experience with data analysis tools and scripting for modeling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability test flows, stress tests, and plans for Product Reliability.
• Collaborate with Global Quality to define qualification plans and drive issue resolution.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability improvements through optimized manufacturing test flows.
• Identify root causes of qual and RMA failures and lead cross‑functional resolution.
• Advise fab teams on process conversions to improve yield, DPM, and cost.
• Manage risks associated with DPM conversions with Product Managers/Leads.
• Promote innovation and mentor team members; lead technical programs and projects.
• Collaborate across Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
