Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Engineer in Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability) to advance reliability workflows for High Bandwidth Memory. You will collaborate with Fab, HBM teams, design and quality groups to optimize test strategies and drive rapid issue resolution.

You will lead data-driven investigations, mentor team members, and push for manufacturing improvements that raise yields and reduce cost while maintaining quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience with semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.

Responsibilities

• Reliability Test Flow Development: define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans.
• Reliability Test Plan and Execution: work with Global Quality to define qualification plan and drive issue resolution.
• DPM reduction: reduce Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability issues through optimized test flows and strategy.
• Root cause and resolution of QUAL and RMA device issues via EFA and PFA and cross-functional collaboration.
• Process conversions and HVM: provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to improve yield and reliability.
• Risk management: communicate with Product Managers/Leads to manage risks in DPM conversions.
• Promotion of innovation: drive changes for competitive technical advantage.
• Mentorship and development of others: actively develop team members within projects.
• Project management: ensure timely delivery of projects and effective resource use.
• Technical decision making: final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with Fab, HBM teams, System Development, and Quality/Reliability.
