Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing, or reliability experience.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.

Responsibilities

• Reliability test flow development and test plans for product reliability aspects.
• Define qualification plan and manage execution with cross-functional teams.
• Drive Extrinsic/Intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows.
• Debug failures via EFA/PFA and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Advise on process conversions to reduce cost and improve yields.
• Risk management and cross-functional communication with PMs/leads.
• Identify AI use cases and apply ML to reliability data where useful.
