Job summary

You will drive test flows, define qualification plans, and collaborate with Fab, TD, and Quality teams to improve yield and reduce DPM. The role emphasizes AI-driven reliability, root-cause analysis, and mentoring others while aligning with KPI targets for quality, cost, and cycle time in a dynamic semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing or reliability experience.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture and device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability test flow development, defining stress, test plans and qualification gates.
• Define qualification plans and manage execution progress with a cross-functional team.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability improvements to meet KPI targets.
• Identify root causes of qual and RMA failures; coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Advise fab teams on process conversions to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Manage risks with Product Managers/Leads during conversions and changes.
• Promote innovation and AI-enabled reliability workflows across teams.
• Mentor engineers and develop team capabilities in reliability and data analytics.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
• Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, Design, System Development, Quality/Reliability.
