Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head the HBM Product Engineering Media Health team, driving intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution for the latest HBM products.

You will steer DPM reduction, improve fab/test flows, and mentor a high performing team across cross functional groups. On-site role with international travel to US, Taiwan and Japan, you will partner with Fab, TD, GQ and Quality teams to meet KPI’s on quality, cost and cycle time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with expertise in fabrication, product, design, testing.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead reliability test strategies and plans for HBM products.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability improvements and DPM reduction.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Fab, TD, GQ, and Quality teams.
• Lead process conversion initiatives to improve yield and cost.
