Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 3+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in statistics and data analysis; able to script for automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead reliability test flow development for HBM products.
• Drive extrinsic/intrinsic reliability improvements and DPM reductions.
• Collaborate with Fab, TD, GQ, System Development, and Quality teams to enable yield and cost improvements.
• Mentor and develop engineers; manage cross-functional projects and risks.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve reliability workflows and product qualifications.
